Package Terms and Conditions:
1. If your age is 30 years old and above, you are entitled for 5D4N to Bali or Pattaya or Phuket . If your destination is at Bali, you must attend royal experience tour (90 minutes only) by the resort/hotel. Otherwise, the deposit is not refundable. You also can choose for 3D2N to Bali or Pattaya only without attending the royal experience tour.
2. For those who are below 30 years old, you are entitled for 3D2N to Bali or Phuket.
3. Your vacation must be booked 3 months prior to your traveling date, however, the date can be anytime during the twelve (12) months validity, subject to availibility.
4. Please book your own flight, you can choose to fly with any airline.
5. You must include 3 dates of choices to book the resort/hotel and specific hotels cannot be requested. The date of choice must be at least 7 day gap. Example: 1st choice is Jan 1st, 2nd choice is Jan 8 and 3rd choice is Jan 15.
6. A refundable deposit of RM400 will be required at the time of booking this vacation to Max Generation Sdn. Bhd.
7. The booking will be processed within seven (7) working days.
8. If you wish to change your date of travel or the destination after booking has been confirmed, a booking fee of RM99 per person will be imposed.
9. The refundable deposit will be returned to you within fourteen(14) days. Please insist your check-out receipt from the hotel/resort as it will be used as a proof of your stay to claim back your deposit.
10. During peak season, surcharge may be required (to be decided by hotel/resort).
